Carolina Beer & Beverage is proud to have a team of experienced and dedicated leaders in areas such as maintenance, operations, procurement and quality assurance that are experts in their perspective areas. Ranging in experience from five to more than 25 years, our managers in the specialty packaging side of our business have worked at some of the largest companies in the industry, coming from companies such as ConAgra, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Anheuser-Busch, Miller, Diageo and Angelus Sanitary Can. Below is a listing of our senior managers.
	Shannon Stritch, Senior Vice President Shannon Stritch was promoted to Senior Vice President of Administration in July 2007 from the position of Vice President of Administration. She joined the company in 2002, shortly after it began expanding its operations into contract packaging and has managed many departments, including accounts receivable/accounts payable, procurement, HR, IT and logistics prior to receiving her new position. S. Stritch earned a Bachelor of Science degree with dual majors in Marketing and Finance from UNC-Charlotte and will complete her MBA with concentrations in Management and Finance from the school in Fall 2007.

	Joe Ryan, Vice President Joe Ryan joined Carolina Beer & Beverage in 2006 as Plant Manager and was promoted to the position of Vice President in July 2007. He oversees the company’s quality assurance, customer and vendor relations and logistics departments. Ryan has 27 years of experience in the industry including varying management roles during a 15-year tenure with Anheuser Busch (AB). With AB he served in increasingly responsible roles in quality assurance, winery plant management, expansion coordination and packaging and logistics. He holds a BBA degree in Management and Marketing from James Madison University in Harrisburg, Va.

	Mike Fournier, Director of Plant Operations Mike Fournier joined Carolina Beer & Beverage in 2007 bringing with him more than 24 years of manufacturing experience in the beverage industry. Before joining the company he served as Northeast Region Multi-Plant Manager with Consolidated Container Company manufacturing bottles for the beverage industry. He also has held a variety of management positions with other industry leaders including Operations Manager with Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Operations and Technical Packaging Manager for Diageo and Plant Manager for Suntory Water Group. As Director of Operations, he oversees all production, blending and maintenance departments and is responsible for plant efficiencies. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
