Carolina Beer & Beverage is proud to have a team of experienced and dedicated leaders in areas such as maintenance, operations, procurement and quality assurance that are experts in their perspective areas. Ranging in experience from five to more than 25 years, our managers in the specialty packaging side of our business have worked at some of the largest companies in the industry, coming from companies such as ConAgra, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Anheuser-Busch, Miller, Diageo and Angelus Sanitary Can. Below is a listing of our senior managers.
	Harry Barto, Chief operating officer Harry Barto brings 23 years of expertise in the beverage cans and plastics packaging business, having most recently served as President and CEO of Rexam Beverage Can North America from 2002 until mid-2009. Barto holds a Masters degree in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from North Carolina State University. His professional tenure includes 23 years with Rexam, Division President with Burlington Industries where he oversaw six sites with 6,500 employees and four years of active duty with the United States Army.



	Shannon Hilton, Senior Vice President Shannon Hilton was promoted to Senior Vice President of Administration in July 2007 from the position of Vice President of Administration. She joined the company in 2002, shortly after it began expanding its operations into contract packaging and has managed many departments, including accounts receivable/accounts payable, procurement, HR, IT and logistics prior to receiving her new position. S. Hilton earned a Bachelor of Science degree with dual majors in Marketing and Finance from UNC-Charlotte and will complete her MBA with concentrations in Management and Finance from the school in Fall 2007.
