Carolina Beer and Beverage’s mission is to be a one stop solutions provider for its specialty contract packaging customers, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and establishing high standards for quality production and logistical warehousing needs. Focusing on beverage packing innovation, extensive quality controls and distribution services, the company continually strives to adapt to its customers changing needs.

Sustainability
Carolina Beer & Beverage takes seriously its responsibility to operate as a steward of the environment.  The company encourages and rewards employees to recycle all possible pallet, shrink wrap, glass, plastic and aluminum waste.   The company then returns those savings back to its employees at the end of each year.   In 2006, Carolina Beer & Beverage was awarded the Environmental Industry of the Year Award from Iredell County Recycling and Keep Iredell Clean for its recycling efforts.   In addition, all spent grain used in the company’s beer making process is given to a local farmer that uses the hi-protein residual to feed to his cattle.
